Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding (OTMT) said it is currently working to finish off all the procedures and the negotiations related to the establishment of a solar power plant.

The power plant total value will stand at nearly $100 million.

The company announced earlier that it mulls the building of a power plant with capacity of 50 megawatts in Kom Ombo, Aswan.
