Giza General Contracting and Real Estate Investment Co.’s ordinary general meeting approved bonus shares with a distribution of 1-for-4.

Meanwhile, the company's extraordinary general meeting gave a nod to a capital top-up from EGP 88.2 million to EGP 110.2 million.

The capital increase will be effected through the bonus share distribution.

The company posted net profits of EGP 40.1 million for 2014, compared with EGP 27 million for the previous year.
