Minapharm Pharmaceuticals shareholders approved a dividend payout of EGP 0.90 per share for 2014.

The dividends will be paid across two equal installments at EGP 0.45 per share, with the first payout 15 July and the second 15 September.

The firm posted net profits of EGP 49.3 million in 2014, compared with EGP 81.2 million for the previous year.

Minapharm is captalised at EGP 122.9 million, distributed across 12.2 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
