Cairo Oils and Soap said on Thursday that Fincorp Investment Holding has set the market price of an owned land plot at EGP 36.6 million.

The land plot, which spreads over 20,141 square meters, is located in the Giza suburb of Badrashin.

The company earlier announced that it mandated Fincorp to act as an independent financial adviser on the sale of a land plot outside of Cairo.

Cairo for Oil suffered EGP 27.8 million in losses for the six-month period ended 31 December 2014.
