National Cement reported EGP 275.1 million in losses in the nine-month period ended March 2015, against EGP 13.7 million in profits for the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Meanwhile, the company's revenues plunged to reach EGP 642 million in this period of FY14/15, compared with EGP 746 million for the corresponding period of the previous year.

The cement producer suffered EGP 228 million in losses for the first half of FY14/15.

National Cement is capitalised at EGP 206.4 million, distributed across 103.2 million shares at EGP 2 par value each.
