The board of El Dawlia Fertilizers and Chemicals Co. gave a nod to an issued capital top-up from EGP 30 million to EGP 45 million.

The 15 million increase will be fully financed from fiscal year 2014 dividends, effected through a 1-for-2 bonus share distribution at EGP 2 par value each.

The company posted net profits of EGP 5.3 million for 2014, compared with EGP 6.8 million for the previous year.

El Dawlia Fertilizers is capitalised at EGP 30 million, distributed across 15 million shares at EGP 2 par value each.
