Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development sold 29 housing units for EGP 13.5 million, the company said in a bourse statement.

The residential units are part of one of the company’s real estate development projects in New Heliopolis.

The company saw a surge of 25.5% in its net profits for the nine-month period ended March 2015, reaching EGP 153.7 million compared with EGP 122.5 million for the same period of the previous year.

The real estate developer is capitalised at EGP 11.3 million, distributed across 111.3 million shares at EGP 1 par value each.
