Cairo - Mubasher: Alexandria National Company for Financial Investment Co. announced that its ordinary general meeting approved to sign compensation agreements with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank.

Under the agreements the company will sell its stake in two companies, which are Abu Dhabi Islamic Leasing Company “ADILEASE” and El Kahera El Watania Investment, said a bourse statement.

Alexandria National will sell its stake in ADILEASE at the stock fair value of EGP 5.97 per share, which was set earlier by the independent financial advisor.

Meanwhile, it will sell its stake in El Kahera El Watania Investment at the stock fair value of EGP 30.76 per share.

The company is capitalised at EGP 26.1 million, distributed across 2.6 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
