Cairo – Mubasher: The share price of the Egyptian Financial Group Hermes Holding reached the level of EGP 8.1 in Sunday’s midday session, sinking to its lowest level in 15 sessions or since mid-December.
The company’s stocks fell 3.2% on trading 1.1 million shares worth more than EGP 8.7 million after 262 transactions were carried out.
Earlier, the Egyptian Exchange said it would list EFG-Hermes shares, post capital-cut, on 11 January 2016.
The firm had moved to reduce its capital from EGP 3.26 billion to EGP 3.1 billion, distributed across 614.9 million shares at EGP 5 par value, through the cancellation of 37 million treasury stocks.
