Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) approved listing the post-capital increase shares of both Americana and Madinet Nasr Housing.

Both companies’ post-capital increase shares will be listed in Egypt’s bourse database as of 4 February.

Madinet Nasr Housing said earlier, shareholders of record until 3 February would be entitled to its bonus shares at 0.5 to 1.

Meanwhile, Americana said shareholders of record until 3 February would be entitled to its bonus shares at 0.371 to 1.
