Bahrain Bourse announces that the Paid up Capital of Bank Muscat S.A.O.G has been increased due to the conversion of the remaining Mandatory convertible Bonds equivalent to 30,427,504 shares.
This will be effective on Sunday April 20 as per the details below:

New Total Outstanding shares: 2,182,688,188
Previous Total Paid up Capital (OMR): 215,226,068
New Total Paid up Capital (OMR): 218,268,818
Note that the closing price of Bank Muscat S.A.O.G. for today Thursday April 17 is BHD 0.824 per share.
