We would like to inform that consequent to the sale of entire shareholding of 33.63% by Al Anwar Holding Company SAOG (29.70%) and its subsidiary Al Anwar International Investment LLC (3.93%), Mr. Mehdi Al Abduwani, Chairman of the Board,   and Mr. Reji Joseph, Director,   nominee directors of these Companies have tendered their resignation from the Board.
