National Bank of Oman has announced in its statement to the Muscat Securities Exchange (MSM) that both Mr. Robert Sharpe and Dr. Abdulaziz Abdulla Al-Ghorairi have resigned from their positions as members on the Board of Directors due to personal related reasons and that the Board has approved their resignations.

Moreover, the Board has approved the nomination of Abdulrahman Hamad Al-Attiyah and Mr. Mohd Ismail M Mandani Al-Emadi as suitable candidates and replacements subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Oman (CBO).
