Oman – Mubasher: Oman Refreshments has announced in a filing to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) that the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Tuesday, 3 March has approved a cash dividend of 100 baizas per share, representing 100% of paid-up capital to shareholders.

Financials for the refreshments firm for FY14 showed a net profit decline by 4.3% to OMR 9.92 million ($25.8 million) compared to OMR 10.36 million ($26.9 million) in 2013.

The company’s capital amounts to OMR 5 million divided on 50 million shares.
