An Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Al Kawthar Fund was held on 4 March 2015 at Oman National Investments Development Company SAOC (ONIDCO) office.

The Unit Holders approved amendment of article no 8 paragraph 5, relating to sitting fees to be paid to Al Kawthar Fund Board members.

The revised sitting fees paid to Board members as agreed will be RO 500 for the Chairperson and RO 450 for the other members per member per meeting.
