Brent crude futures fell near $54 per barrel on Friday, recording the third weekly straight loss.

Brent declined by nearly 0.7% this week, and the US crude for April delivery fell by 34 cents to $43.62 per barrel.

Kuwaiti oil minister said global demand is likely to rise at the end of 2015, which will boost prices in the next period.
