Oman-Mubasher: Bank Sohar shareholders approve on Sunday to distribute a cash dividend of 4% (4 baisa per share) and a 6% stock dividend (6 shares for every 100 shares).
The bank announced a rise in profit after tax by 11.12% to OMR 29.878 million in the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014, compared to OMR 26.871 million in the same period of 2013.
