Muscat-Mubasher: Finance companies achieved a growth of 10% in profits to OMR 6.17 million in the first quarter of 2015.

Muscat Finance reported a jump in profit by 15% to OMR 1.26 million in Q1-15, compared to OMR 1.09 million during the same quarter of 2014. Taageer Finance’s profit registered an increase by 14% to OMR 880,000 year-on-year (y-o-y) in Q1-15.

National Finance posted a 14% growth in Q1-15 profit to OMR 1.38 million, compared to OMR 1.21 million during the same period of 2014.

Al Omaniya Financial Services’ Q1-15 profit advanced 7% to reach OMR 1.4 million compared to OMR 1.31 million y-o-y, while United Finance achieved a rise of 1% to OMR 1.13 million compared to OMR 1.12 million y-o-y.
