Palestine Plastic Industries Co (PPIC) Board meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, December 22, has been postponed to Tuesday, December 23, according to the Company’s statement to the Palestine Exchange (PEX).
The board will meet to review the financial results for the period ended November 30, 2014, said the statement.
It is worth mentioning that PPIC reported a net loss at JOD 311.22 THD during the first nine months of 2014, compared to JOD 266.38 THD in the corresponding period a year earlier, a net increase in loss of 16.8%.
PPIC’s capital amounts to about JOD 7 million, distributed on 7 million shares at JOD 1 par value each. It operates within the materials sector focusing on paper packaging.
