The overall road cost index (RCI) fell 0.53% to 116.02 in the occupied West Bank in November 2014 compared to October 2014, according to a press release issued by the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS).
The report showed that the RCI drop in November resulted from a decrease in the raw materials prices by 0.69%, operating costs of equipment and maintenance by 1.17%, and rental of equipments by 0.35%.
It is worth noting that labor wages stabilized during November 2014 compared to October 2014.
