Vodafone has launched ‘Nearly New’, offering pre-owned smartphones at a discount for prepaid and Postpaid customers, Qatar is Booming reported. This online exclusive offering makes it more affordable for customers to get a great smartphone, helping them to access email, the Internet and useful and fun apps like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and games while on the go. This on-going offer is targeting customers who have yet to make the leap to a smartphone or would like to add a second smartphone.

‘Nearly New’ handsets are phones that have been returned in very good condition by Vodafone customers in less than 7 days after the purchase date. All ‘Nearly New’ handsets come with a 6 month warranty and all phones go through a strict 60 point series of checks and processes (including a full security wipe) before being placed on the scheme and are re-boxed. The quality check includes a review of Power, Display, Audio, Keypad functionality, GPS and Screen rotation, advanced functionality, Wi-Fi & Bluetooth, Software and cosmetics.
