The GCC ministers of financial and economic affairs as well as central banks' governors started today, Oct. 25 in Kuwait a joint meeting to discuss the common perspective as regards key issues of common interest in the banking and monetary fields.
This meeting is to discuss issues of joint concern, with the aim of formulating common perspectives in this respect and offering technical support for GCC member states, according to Kuna news agency.
The meeting agenda also includes the financial stability in the GCC countries, reforming the labor market to increase employment and productivity, in addition to enforcing collective precautionary measures as well examining civil servants' pay scales and salaries in the regional states.
