Qatar – Mubasher: Vodafone Qatar has announced its financials for the nine-month period ended December 31, 2014. The telecom firm reported loss of QAR 149.8 million ($41 million) during the period against a net loss of QAR 213.2 million during the same period in 2013, marking a decline in losses by 29.7%.

Loss per share (LPS) reached QAR -0.18 during the period ended December 31, 2014 against an LPS of QAR -0.25 during the same period in the previous year.

In November, Vodafone Qatar announced a 190% rise in its distributable profits to reach QAR one million during the six-month period.

Vodafone Qatar cuts its annual losses by 39%, which reached QAR 246 million against a loss of QAR 400.7 million in 2013.
