Barwa Real Estate Group signed an agreement with the Arab Engineering Bureau under which the Arab Engineering Bureau will be responsible for providing the design and constancy services of "Barwa Village" expansion.

Barwa stated that the decision of "Barwa Village" expansion came at the back of demand from business owners and tenants for more units with competitive rental rate following the rise in rents of both commercial & residential units in the market.

It's worth mentioning that the first phase of "Barwa Village" comprised 458 residential units and 918 commercial units, with a variety of amenities and services.
