Al Asmakh Real Estate Development Company has expected the real estate sector in Doha to soar by nearly 20% during the first quarter of 2015.

The Company noted that villas selling deals would grow by 10% in the first quarter of this year.

It added that the total amount of selling contracts regarding residential buildings and compounds would witness a surge in the Q1-2015 compared to the corresponding period of 2014.

Moreover, it is projected that further real estate projects will be built during 2015, especially in Lusial City which occupies a land space of nearly 1.8 million square meters.
