Doha-Mubasher: National Leasing Holding Company announced in a filing to Qatar Exchange (QE) that its ordinary general meeting approved the Board’s recommendation to distribute a cash dividend representing 8.5% of the nominal value (QAR 85 per share), amounting to QAR 42.05 million.


The meeting also ratified the Board’s report on the activity of the company and its financial position for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014.


The company had reported a drop in its profit by 47.2% to QAR 43 million during the fiscal year (FY) 2014, compared to QAR 81.4 million in FY13. Earnings per share (EPS) reached QAR 87, according to financial statements.
