Doha-Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Aamal Co will be held on 16 March to review the board’s proposal to distribute a cash dividend of 10% and a bonus share of 5%, as well as approving the financial statements. 

Medicare Group’s OGM will also be convened on the same day to discuss a cash dividend of 50% (QAR 5 per share).

Qatar Islamic Insurance Co (QIIC) will hold it OGM to look into the board’s recommendation to distribute a cash dividend of 40% (QAR 4 per share).
