Riyadh-Mubasher: The board of MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance recommended raising capital through offering rights issue shares worth SAR 175 million.

Shareholders of record on the date of the general meeting – to be determined later – are eligible for the subscription.

The move aims to enhance the solvency ratio and support the company's future operations.
