Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) announces that the extraordinary general assembly meeting (ninth) (first meeting) which was scheduled to be held at 8:30 pm on Monday April 21,2014 at SASCO Head Office in Riyadh City,was not convened due lack of quorum.
The second meeting will be announced later after taking the required approvals from the competent authorities.
