Saudi Airlines Catering Company announces the distribution of dividend for period 1st quarter 2014
The Board of Directors of Saudi Airlines Catering Company has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period 1st quarter 2014 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 123,000,000 after zakat and before income tax
2.Divided per share SAR 1.50
3.Divided represent 15% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on 1st May 2014
5.Details of dividend distribution date : 18 May 2014
