The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced a final decision by the Appeal Committee for the Resolution of Securities Conflicts (ACRSC) regarding the lawsuit filed by Saudi Chemical Chairman and Board members (the plaintiffs) against the CMA.

The ruling of ACRSC upheld the decision of the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD) to cancel the CMA decision issued on October 18, 2009 to impose a penalty of SAR 50,000 on the plaintiffs for violating Article 28 of the Listing Rules.
