Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance said the board recommended cash dividend for FY13 at 5% of the stock’s par value, or SAR 0.50 per share, totaling SAR 20 million.

Shareholders of record till the close of trading on the meeting date – to be defined later on – will be eligible for this dividend.

The payment date will be unveiled later on.
