Herfy Food Services announced that it completed on July 15 the sale of the 2,271 fractional shares that resulted from capital increase.
The shares were sold at an average price of SAR 102.42 each, totaling SAR 232,604.79. The sale proceeds will be deposited in shareholders’ portfolio-based accounts on August 10.
