Dr. Muharram Hilal, Head of the 10th of Ramadan Investor Association, said a giant solar energy plant is set to be built in the New Valley Governorate at a total cost of nearly $6 billion.
Hilal told Youm 7 newspaper that the new plant will be jointly financed by Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

He added that the execution will start upon obtaining all necessary licenses.
