Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announces that within its annual plan to upgrade its plant and equipment, it has signed on 01/09/2014 an agreement with Abdullah Fouad Holding Company (Auction Division) to conduct an auction of its surplus equipment to be held during 28-30 October 2014 at Al Khodari yard in Dammam. It is expected that the auction will have a positive impact on Q4/2014 financials. The company will announce the results of the auction upon its completion.
