Metlife-AIG-ANB Cooperative Insurance Company (anb insurance) announces the issuance of a property insurance policy for a face value of SAR 217,836,117 with an annual premium of SAR 103,472 in favor of American International School which is housed in the Bustan Village compound in Riyadh owned by Olayan Real Estate Company, the contract is for one year effective September 01, 2014 and renewable based on mutual agreement, the Board of Directors member Mrs. Lama Alhajj Ibrahim has a direct interest in the contract as the MD of the Bustan Village compound. The company hereby confirms that no preferential treatment given on this contract and it is within the usual business activity of the company.
