Saudi CMA to allow trading in delisted, suspended firms

Saudi CMA to allow trading in delisted, suspended firms
Saudi’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) stated that it would allow off-market trading of stocks which had been suspended or delisted from the bourse, according to Reuters.
The market regulator has issued rules covering such trade and will start receiving requests from companies to conduct it.
The CMA has been tightening its supervision of the market in order to prepare the bourse for its opening to direct foreign investment early next year.
The latest CMA rules appear designed to help shareholders realize some value from companies caught in the crackdown.
