In relation to the announcement of the company dated 27/6/1435H corresponding to 27/4/2014G on the recommendation of its Board of Directors to increase the company capital by 200 Million Riyals through rights issue and the announcement of the latest developments in this regard on 28/10/1435H corresponding to 24/08/2014G, Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Company would like to inform its shareholders that, further to the submission of its capital increase application to the CMA on 28/10/1435H corresponding to 24/08/2014G, the company has received some comments from the CMA to which it has responded on 22/11/1435H corresponding to 17/09/2014G.
