Further to its earlier announcement about the sale of the Marine Services Division (MSD) at a total value of SAR 200 million, Mohammad Al Mojil Group (MMG) said Aramco has approved the novation of the marine contract concluded between MMG and Aramco to the buyer Jana Marine Service Company LLC.
