Saudi Electricity Co. (SEC) has concluded seven contracts worth SAR 2.56 billion ($682.5 million) to supply power to the Riyadh metro, which is currently under construction, according to Reuters.
The contracts are to build stations and lay cables for Riyadh railway network.
The Kingdom had earlier awarded $22.5 billion contracts to three foreign-led consortia to design and implement the metro project, which is due for completion by 2019.
