Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance said it received additional comments from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) on its capital increase, and is currently preparing the response to these comments.
The board recommended increasing capital by SAR 200 million through a rights issue.
Al Alamiya will duly announce any relevant developments.
