Eastern Province Cement Co. will hold an ordinary general meeting on Dec. 10, 2014, 4:00 p.m., at the Eastern Cement Towers building.
Shareholders will discuss discharging board members from liability for the period from Jan. 1, 2014 until Dec. 10, 2014.
Board members will be elected for the new three-year term from Jan. 29, 2015 until Jan. 28, 2018.
Shareholders owning 5 shares at least are entitled to attend this meeting which will be valid if attended by shareholders representing 50% of capital.
