Net earnings for the nine-month period reached SAR 250,393 thousand, with an increase of 6.01% compared with SAR 236,190 thousand a year earlier.
The earnings per share grew from SAR 6.3 to SAR 6.68.
The company ascribed the profit growth in Q3 and nine months y/y to the increase in other income and decrease in Zakat and financial charges.
The decline in Q3 profit q/q was due to the decrease in gross profit as a result of the fall in sales revenue during Ramadan and Eid holidays.
