Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) has addressed all listed companies that Oct. 30 is the end date for releasing their Q3 2014 preliminary financial results, Al-Jazirah Arabic newspaper reported.
The market regulator said all listed companies should comply with the reporting instructions and fill in form No. 2, in addition to attaching a copy of the financial statements on a PDF file. In addition, the companies should update their data if there are any changes in the board members and senior executives through the electronic linkage system.
