Bawan Holding has signed an agreement on Wednesday, Oct. 22 to open an investment portfolio at Saudi Fransi Capital. It also concluded an agreement to manage the portfolio by Blominvest Saudi Arabia in return for 5% of the earnings generated from the investment.
This move is aimed at diversifying the company’s investments and income sources through participating in the companies which offer shares in public subscriptions.
The relevant financial impact will reflect on the income statement when starting investment at the end of each fiscal year.
