Thursday, Oct. 30 is the record date for Q3 2014 cash dividend of Bawan Holding at 5% of the stock par value, or SAR 0.5 a share, totaling SAR 25 million.
The payment will be on Nov. 20, 2014.
Q3 net earnings reached SAR 45,419 thousand net earnings, rising 1% year-on-year from SAR 44,969 thousand but falling 3.58% quarter-on-quarter from SAR 47,103 million.
The nine-month net earnings grew 7.7% to SAR 139,239 thousand, compared with SAR 129,289 thousand in the year-ago period.
