We refer to the announcement of Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) this morning Thursday 30/10/2014 regarding its request to suspend trading on its shares due to its audit committee convening during trading hours to consider significant matters relating to its financial statements, Mobily announces that after convening the audit committee it will not be able to publish its preliminary financial results for the period ended 30/09/2014 due to the company not being able to complete reflecting the impact of the required amendments thereto. Mobily will publish its preliminary financial results for the period ended 30/09/2014 immediately upon completion thereof.
