Further to the announcement by Astra Industrial Group posted on Tadawul (30/10/2014) of its consolidated interim financial results for the period ending 30/09/2014 (nine months), the company would like to elaborate that in addition to the reasons stated in the earlier announcement, the decrease in Net Profits for third quarter 2014 compared to third quarter 2013 is due to mainly an increase in operating cost from the Power & Steel sector.
