The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced suspending trading on Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) in Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) starting Sunday, 09/01/1436 (02/11/2014) till the company posts its preliminary financial statements for the fiscal period that ended on 30/09/2014.
Meanwhile, Mobily announced in a statement posted on Tadawul website that after convening the audit committee it will not be able to publish its preliminary financial results for the period ended 30/09/2014 due to the company not being able to complete reflecting the impact of the required amendments thereto.
Mobily added that it will publish its preliminary financial results for the period ended 30/09/2014 immediately upon completion thereof.
