The board of National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) has recommended on Wednesday the distribution of cash dividend for the fiscal year 2014 at SAR 0.5 per share, or 5% of stock par value, totaling SAR 14,056,044.5
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on the date of holding the company’s general meeting will be entitled to the dividend distribution.
